Dr. Abdulkader Simsam, MD, DABIM

Dr. Abdulkader Simsam is a board-certified internist with a focused interest in cardiovascular health, diagnostic cardiology, and chronic disease management. Known for his compassionate, detail-oriented approach, he is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on clarity, continuity, and collaboration.

Dr. Simsam completed his internal medicine residency training at Trinity Health Oakland in Michigan. He later held a faculty position as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he was actively involved in the teaching and mentorship of medical students and residents, as well as in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

Now practicing in Ontario, Dr. Simsam provides internal medicine services at London Health Sciences Centre and Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital. He works closely with local cardiology to enhance community access to cardiac care and is especially passionate about preventive cardiology and the use of diagnostic tools to guide early interventions.

Fluent in English and Arabic, Dr. Simsam is deeply committed to medical education and to building long-term therapeutic relationships with his patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying active through fitness and wellness.
